How RC Deck Co Builds Your Custom Deck

Every deck we build follows the same 4-step process. The whole point is no surprises — you know exactly what is happening, when it is happening, and what the next step looks like.

Step 1 — Free In-Home Consultation

You call us at (610) 246-0546 or fill out the contact form. We schedule a free in-home consultation, walk your backyard, take measurements, and talk through how you actually want to use the space. We discuss budget honestly so we can design to it.

Step 2 — Custom 3D Design

We build a real 3D rendering of your specific deck on your specific house. You see the layout, board direction, railing style, stairs, lighting, and finishes before any contract is signed. We revise the design as many times as it takes to get it right.

Step 3 — Construction

Once you approve the design, we sign a contract with a fixed completion date, pull permits, order your Deckorators or Evalast materials, and schedule your build. On site we handle demo, footings, framing, decking, railings, and stairs — typically 7–10 working days for a standard deck. Inspections happen at framing and at final.

Step 4 — Final Walkthrough

We walk the finished deck with you board by board. Anything that is not right gets fixed before you pay the final invoice — that is one of our 6 written guarantees. Then your 5-year RC Deck Co labor warranty kicks in, alongside the lifetime material warranty from Deckorators or Evalast.

Total Timeline
